This industrial installation was carried out from a basic shell, including creating stores and office areas within the workshop. Services required through out  included lighting/power/data/compressed air/gas and heating. Finally to complete the project the floor was covered with an anti-slip paint.

The 25,000.00 sq ft iBIC building on the Aston Science Park was compleatly refurbished to create 35 offices and executive meeting rooms. Within the building a specialist Bistro area complete with catering and kitchen facilities was requested. The prodject was carried out and completed within the specified 10 week timescale and to the clients budget.

The Punch Tavern organisation requested extra office space creating from an open plan area with the idea for certain members of staff needing to work in private. Many variations for the scheme were designed for the client before this final draft was put into completion.
